ARC Music Festival
Off-Grid Sound, Urban Proof
In Chicago’s Union Park, we built battery-powered experiences that moved with the festival—from a 3 day Artist Lounge to a street parade and two popups in the West Loop.
Executive Summary
Four Activations
- Artist Lounge (3 days)
- Gate-Opening Parade w/DJ Nola Sounds (45 min)
- Pop-Up at J.P. Graziano’s
(4 hrs) - Pop-Up at Bambola (4 hrs)
Outcomes
Clean footprints, fast set/strike, reliable runtime without generators; simple signal paths (USBC / 3.5mm balanced / Bluetooth in; SKAA links).
Who This Helps
DJs, producers, rental houses, retailers—anyone who needs portable, predictable lowend in dense urban settings.
Locations
- Union Park
- West Loop corridor near Randolph Street
- J.P. Graziano’s on Randolph
- Bambola on Randolph
Why Off-Grid in the City?
Urban activations face tight load-in windows, foot-traffic safety, and noise stewardship. Off-grid Bass50 rigs remove generators and long feeder runs, reduce failure points, and speed resets between appearances—ideal for parades, sidewalk popups, and VIP lounges.
