Warranty At Trulli Audio
We stand behind the performance and craftsmanship of the Bass50. Each unit is carefully assembled, tested, and packaged to ensure a premium experience out of the box and for years to come. If something does go wrong, we’re here to help. The Bass50 comes with a limited one-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, as outlined in the guidelines of the Bass50 User Manual. Product must be registered at time of purchase.
What’s Covered:
- Manufacturing defects in electronics, construction, or materials.
- Battery performance issues not related to misuse or external damage.
- SKAA, Bluetooth, and app connectivity failures not caused by third-party modifications
What’s Not Covered:
- Use of non-approved chargers or accessories.
- Any defects that have resulted from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, accident, excess moisture beyond rated resistance, insects, improper packing, lightning, power surges, or unauthorized tampering, alteration or modification, or drops.
- Cosmetic wear and tear due to normal.
If your Bass50 exhibits a problem covered under warranty, contact Trulli Audio through the support channels listed in Section 18 in the Bass50 User Manual. We may offer repair, replacement, or credit at our discretion after evaluating your case. Please keep your proof of purchase. This may be required to verify warranty eligibility. To claim a warranty service, register your product and contact Trulli Audio support with proof of purchase. More information on SKAA technology and devices can be found at www.SKAA.com. The SKAA™ word mark and trademark are owned by Eleven Engineering Inc. Additionally, the Limited Warranty lasts for five years for the internal Driver (TD10s).
How Do I Qualify for Your Warranty?
The warranty only applies to products you have purchased directly from TrulliAudio.com. Head over to our Returns Page to get your claim submitted. The following information will be needed when you start your return.
- Your order # and email address on file
- Return reason
- Photos of contents in order
- A full statement/description of the issue and how it occurred
Once your request has been submitted, it will go through processing and approval, and you will receive a Return shipping label via email once approved. For shipping purposes If you need a new carton, please be sure to mention that in your request to obtain a free box and packing material.
