Our 2-year warranty has you covered, if you happen to run into any issues with the product in that time period we're here to help support your journey to music success with very few exclusions. We have also built in an excellent self-service troubleshooting & FAQ guide to answer any questions that come up in regards to your product. Can we help with any product difficulty as well? The answer is yes to just about anything.
For a warranty claim contact our Trulli support team. You will then be directed to fill out an RMA directly from the trulliaudio.com/returns RMA Page. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) will then be submitted to our team and we will get back to you with next steps.
What does your warranty cover?
We offer a bumper-to-bumper warranty with a few exclusions. We will cover all parts defective in material and workmanship. Any defects that have resulted from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, accident, excess moisture, insects, improper packing, lightning, power surges, or unauthorized tampering, alteration or modification are not covered in the warranty.
How long is the warranty period?
The Trulli Limited Warranty lasts two years from the purchase date for electronic products, systems, and powered speaker components, accessories, and other products not listed here unless specified in the Owner’s Manual.
The Limited Warranty lasts for six years for speaker components that are not self-powered (amplified). Powered component speakers have a one-year Limited Warranty term for the electronics and six years for the speakers.

How do I qualify for your warranty?
We will cover all parts defective in material and workmanship. Any defects that have resulted from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, accident, excess moisture, insects, improper packing, lightning, power surges, or unauthorized tampering, alteration or modification are not covered in the warranty. The warranty only applies to products you have purchased directly from trulliaudio.com
Head over to our Returns Page to get your claim submitted. The following information will be needed when starting your return.
- Your oder # and email address on file
- Return reason
- Photos of contents in order
- A full statement/description of the issue and how it occurred
Once your request has been submitted, it will go through processing and approval and you will receive a Return shipping label via email once approved. For shipping purposes If you need a new carton, please be sure to mention that in your request to obtain a free box and packing material.
