Specific Trulli Audio Application Privacy Statement

Trulli Audio Application does not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal data.

The data is only used locally on the device and never sent to our servers.

• The microphone is used only to capture the response of a sweep test.
• No identifiable voice data is stored.
• No audio is transmitted off the device – no personal/identifying audio (voice, ambient sound, conversations, etc.) is sent to external servers or third parties.
• Processing is strictly technical and local.

BT addresses (MAC-like identifiers) are used, but strictly as follows:

• The BT device is a speaker, not a person.
• No user identity is tied to the address.
• It is stored locally only to reconnect next time.
• The address is not transmitted anywhere.

Trullli Audio Apps are not collecting personal data

• We do not collect email
• We do not collect usage analytics
• We do not send data to servers
• We only use permissions for direct application functionality
• Any stored data is local and technical
• No user identity can be determined
• We are not collecting or processing personal data

What does the Trulli Audio application transmit?

Our app plays audio sweeps from the smartphone TO the speaker and head unit so that the speakers responds and the microphone can measure timing/latency.

Those sweeps are:

• Generated by the app
• Non-personal (pure test tones)
• Deterministic technical signals
• Not connected to any user identity

This is not considered "transmitting personal data."Since all data stays on the device.
